Our signature products feature hand-finished embroidery. By providing a photo or name for personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use such content. We reserve the right to refuse designs that are offensive or violate copyrights.
Accuracy and Spelling: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all spelling, choice of colours, and photo quality meet our guidelines at the time of ordering. Once production begins, modifications cannot be made.
The Checkout Declaration: By checking the confirmation box at checkout and completing your order, you explicitly verify that you have double-checked all spelling and personalization details. COCO Gift Shop will not be held liable or offer free remakes for any spelling mistakes or typos entered by the customer.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via secure payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). Prices are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
We offer tracked shipping from our London studio. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the hand-finished, bespoke nature of our products. COCO Gift Shop is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
Custom Goods: Under UK consumer law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations), personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the standard right to cancel, return, or exchange for a refund, unless they are faulty.
Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receipt atcontact@cocogiftshop.com with a photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
COCO Gift Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
