Welcome to COCO Gift Shop. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. 2. Bespoke & Personalised Items

Our signature products feature hand-finished embroidery. By providing a photo or name for personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use such content. We reserve the right to refuse designs that are offensive or violate copyrights.

Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all spelling and photo quality meet our guidelines at the time of order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer tracked shipping from our London studio. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the hand-finished nature of our products. COCO Gift Shop is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom Goods: Under UK consumer law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations), personalised and bespoke items are **exempt** from the standard right to cancel or return for a refund, unless they are faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days atcontact@cocogiftshop.com.

6. Liability

COCO Gift Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
